Please review these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using Panfu.net (the “Platform”). By visiting, registering, or using our Platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them.

These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and anyone who interacts with Panfu.net. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

Chat Monitoring & Data Retention
To maintain a safe and respectful environment, chats conducted on Panfu.net may be monitored and reviewed. Monitoring can occur through automated systems as well as human moderators.

Chat messages are stored securely for up to six (6) months. This is done strictly for moderation, safety enforcement, and compliance with applicable laws. We handle stored data confidentially and in accordance with relevant data protection regulations.

User Accounts
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity carried out under your account. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach, you must notify us immediately.

Third-Party Links
Panfu.net may contain links to external websites or services that are not operated or controlled by us.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Any interaction with external websites is at your own risk. We recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies before using their services.

Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts at our discretion, particularly in cases of rule violations or misuse of the Platform.

If your account is terminated, your right to access and use Panfu.net will end immediately. Users may request account deletion via their account settings. If no login occurs within 14 days after a deletion request, the account will be permanently removed.

Certain provisions of these Terms — including ownership rights, disclaimers, indemnities, and liability limitations — will remain in effect even after account termination.

Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and Panfu.net regarding use of the Platform and replace any prior agreements.

Updates to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice at least five (5) days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of Panfu.net after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.
